The chair is very beautiful and therefore makes a truly wonderful gift. After a misunderstanding regarding the print approval, customer service was very helpful in finding a solution and offered to send me a new print (of the reclining surface) free of charge. The product is really great! Very sturdy, and we absolutely love the look of our logo on the fabric! You just need to be very patient when contacting them. It can take a day or two for a reply. And the shipping time was considerably longer, so it's best to order well in advance.
