The chair is very beautiful and therefore makes a truly wonderful gift. After a misunderstanding regarding the print approval, customer service was very helpful in finding a solution and offered to send me a new print (of the reclining surface) free of charge. I didn't need to take them up on it, as we really liked the chair. I highly recommend it.
